Meet the Team:

Kelly Ness, Stephanie Sonberg, Brett Grant, Sandra Patrick and Shauna Windsor

Sandra Patrick
Sandra has worked in the real estate business since 1997.  She started PREC back in 2002 after working as an office manager and closing coordinator for a local real estate firm.  Sandra has committed herself to providing Charleston Real Estate Agents with the highest level of service.  There is NO match for the level of service PREC provides. 

Sandra lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband Dennis, Son Paul-David and Daughter Eleanor.  She is a 4th degree black belt in Kemp Karate, Equestrian, and loves to work out with her friends.  Boating the local waters and cheering for the Citadel Bulldogs and Gamecocks are some of her pastime favorites. 


Brett Grant
My name is Brett Grant. I was born and raised in Hartsville, SC. I graduated from Coker College with a degree in Elementary Education and Sociology. I've lived in Mt. Pleasant for five years with my husband, Justin. We have two completely spoiled dogs, Mae and Jock. We love living in the Low Country! 

Stepahnie Sonberg
She grew up in Indiana; studied finance at MIU/Iowa; lived in southern California until moving to Hilton Head Island in 1992.  She moved to Mt. Pleasant in 2011 with her husband & two children.
 
She is a detailed oriented people person; loves animals; enjoys interior design, reading, & gardening; she is a certified personal trainer & an advocate of fitness & nutrition.

Shauna Windsor
She is really enjoying her new position as a closing coordinator along with the new business relationships she has developed after taking a few years off of working to be a stay-at home mom.  For most of her career, Shauna worked as an Account Manager for United Technologies in the Elevator trade. She has a proven success rate for implementing business strategies to manage and maintain new and existing customers. 
Shauna received her undergraduate degree from Radford University.  She lives in Mount Pleasant, SC with her husband Jason, and her son Brody.  She is expecting a baby girl this coming March.
